Wait, wait, more to do on #en3177

Just got Weblogs and Wikis statement into shape, and am re-awakening this account. Decided to direct all the students towards Wordpress.com for their first weblog. They can tailor back later if they want to, but it seems better to offer the Big Press first. Just reminding myself what's here ...
